Order Processing

Time We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. However, during peak seasons or high demand, it may take up to 5 business days to process your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

The shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method you have chosen. For orders shipped within Canada, it usually takes 3-7 business days for delivery. For orders shipped to the United States, it usually takes 5-10 business days for delivery.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or additional fees caused by customs or import duties in your country.

Shipping Carriers

We use Canada Post and USPS as our shipping carriers. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

We only ship to addresses within Canada and the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any other international destinations.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you for an arrangement.
