In-person Indigo Batik Workshop @ Aga Khan Museum

Wow! What a memorable weekend over at the Aga Khan Museum with some of the most amazing and passionate folks, or should we say batik geeks?!

Despite the hurdles and long hours poured into crafting this workshop which is truly a labour of love, witnessing your creations and heartfelt thank-you’s after reaffirmed that every ounce of effort was meaningful. It's moments like these that remind us why we're so passionate about what we do – fostering intercultural connections between all who share our love for art, culture, and craftsmanship!

But of course we couldn’t have done it without the tight-knit community around us, and THANK YOU to all participants for coming together to create, inspire & learn from each other! The feedback we’ve gotten the most from artists and makers in the room was how this workshop and the many conversations that took place had sparked them creatively, and how they’re eager to express with this new found skill - we couldn’t be more happy and can’t wait to follow along & see how you incorporate batik into each of your artistic practices!

And with that, please enjoy some incredible pieces of art created during the session:
